Lea Loren Jewelry is a kiosk in the Las Vegas South Outlets, and the husband-and-wife owners have been using Nova for the past few years. We recently had a chance to sit down with Mike and Sally to learn more about their experience with our point-of-sale software.

How long have you been using Nova?
“My wife worked at the kiosk, when it was operated by its former owners, for about three years. When we bought the business, we wanted to continue to use the software.”
Which Nova feature helps you the most?
“The inventory and management tools show every transaction, making it a cinch to track inventory. It’s great for both employees and business management—every transaction is easily completed.
Also, the integrated credit card processing is very smooth, and I feel confident about the security.
Additionally, if we receive a larger-than-normal order, Nova allows us to easily reward the customer with a gift, and keeps track of it for our records.”
What are the advantages of using Nova?
“Nova keeps our life simple. We don’t have to worry about bookkeeping and can do what we’re good at—making sales. Nova keeps inventory records at our fingertips so that we always know which items we have on hand and when to order more.
Also, we very much appreciate the live support feature through chat 24 hours a day. Any time we’ve needed help, the support team has been valuable in providing what we need.”
